Our History

The departure of Greg Kerslake in 1998 led to the name change of the company to what it is known as today: Golding Air Conditioning and Heating. Terry and Maria worked in partnership, continuing to build the business into a highly successful and well-known operation.


In 2009, the business was acquired by its current owners, Nathan and Stacy Koehler. Nathan is trade-qualified, has been involved in the industry since 1995, and has extensive experience in commercial and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration.
